Terms & Conditions

1. These terms
These terms form a contract between you and Vortiq for use of our AI accountability coaching service. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account details, including a phone number you control. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
3. Coaching calls
By providing your number and scheduling calls you consent to receive automated AI voice calls at the times you select. Calls may be recorded, transcribed and summarised so we can show your progress. You can pause or cancel scheduled calls at any time in the app.
4. Not professional advice
Vortiq provides motivational and productivity coaching only. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it is not a crisis service. If you need urgent help, contact the emergency services or a qualified professional.
5. Subscriptions, trials and cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Consumers in the UK have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013; where you ask us to start the service immediately, we may charge for what you used before cancelling.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful, abusive or harmful purposes. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and calls may occasionally fail for reasons outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
